Facility:	200,000 square feet; 25 ‘airlock’ dock doors; Two ground level doors, single-story, cement-tilt structures built in 1986; Coolers at 100,000 square feet. Complete facility & cooler upgrade in 2011! Facility validated and licensed for Pharmacueticals, Organics & Kosher Food Products, and Alcoholic Beverages.
Rail Service:	Double Rail Spur on Burlington Northern Sante Fe (BNSF); Ten rail-car spots available
Temperatures:	(1)Biotech at 2 – 8 degrees Celsius; (2)35 – 40 degrees fahrenheit; (3)55 to 65 degrees, and (4)ambient. All temp-alarmed, secure and Emergency Backup!
